| Further to the Prime Minister’s announcement on Thursday, highlighting further relaxation of lockdown restrictions, England Golf have now confirmed that 3 and 4 ball play can be reintroduced at DGC, providing all social distancing and safety regulations continue to be applied and adhered to. Next Phase of lockdown relaxation:- Up to 4 golfers, from separate households, may now play together from Monday 1st June. We remain MEMBERS ONLY. BRS online tee time booking’s only. Existing bookings in BRS, from 1st June, may be modified with immediate effect, by the member making the original booking. Existing 1 and 2 player bookings in BRS can be modified, only by the Lead player making the original booking. Tee Time bookings will remain at 15 minute intervals and be available from 08.00 to 19.00 daily. Members can book up to 7 days in advance and should only have a maximum of 2 ‘LIVE’ Tee Time bookings . In support of these changes’ members are requested to ensure: – Afford the courtesy of allowing following groups, irrespective of size, to “play through” Car Park – Maintain one clear space either side when parking cars. Please park responsibly, as space will be limited. All previously published Guidelines including social distancing, sanitising at entrance/exit to the course, not touching flagsticks continue to apply. We have a Zoom Council Meeting planned for Monday, and a further update on Club Competition Golf will be issued afterwards. |
