            a) Proposed by Mr. J. Muspratt seconded by Mr. G. Rae that:
            Item 4) j: be removed from the bye laws of the Club.
            N.B. Bye laws 4) j: states as follows:
             “Golfers may not play in a match with more than four players unless asked to
             do so by the Games Secretary in competitions.”
           b) Mr. J. Muspratt – What improvements and refurbishments were planned for the
              close season on the greens and surrounds and fairways?
           c) Mr. J. Muspratt – The filler put on the third /thirteenth fairway should be removed.
           d) Mr. J. Muspratt – Who was responsible for the positioning of a 12^th tee?
           e) Mr. J. Muspratt- The planned construction of a 13^th green should be abandoned on
               the grounds of cost, upkeep and traffic to the 14^th tee
            f) Mr. J. Muspratt – Extend the     mat rule to include the first cut of rough.
            g) Mr .J. Muspratt – What is the green keeper’s role and who is he responsible to?
             h) Mr. J. Muspratt – When were members banned from walking on and around the
                golf course     
             I) Mr. J. Muspratt – What are the confidential matters discussed at the monthly
                council meeting?  
              j) Mr. J. Muspratt – Abandon the bar tariff, put subs up if necessary
