Sunday morning dawned cloudy and chilly, with a watery sun struggling to shine, but no rain, and altogether “getting better” golfing weather. Over 70 players took to the fairways to support the Duddon Inshore Rescue Open. The first Inshore Rescue Charity Golf Event was held in 1981, and Dunnerholme has held an Open every year since then to raise money to support them, and the 2019 Open Golf raised over £550 for their funds.
