\n<\/strong>            a) Proposed by Mr. J. Muspratt seconded by Mr. G. Rae that:
\n            Item 4) j: be removed from the bye laws of the Club.
\n            N.B. Bye laws 4) j: states as follows:
\n<\/strong>             \u201cGolfers may not play in a match with more than four players unless asked to
\n             do so by the <\/em><\/strong>Games Secretary in competitions.\u201d
\n<\/em><\/strong>           b) Mr. J. Muspratt – What improvements and refurbishments were planned for the
\n              close season on the greens and surrounds and fairways?
\n           c) Mr. J. Muspratt – The filler put on the third \/thirteenth fairway should be removed.
\n           d) Mr. J. Muspratt – Who was responsible for the positioning of a 12th<\/sup> tee?
\n           e) Mr. J. Muspratt- The planned construction of a 13th<\/sup> green should be abandoned on
\n               the grounds of cost, upkeep and traffic to the 14th <\/sup>tee
\n            f) Mr. J. Muspratt – Extend the     mat rule to include the first cut of rough.
\n            g) Mr .J. Muspratt – What is the green keeper’s role and who is he responsible to?
\n             h) Mr. J. Muspratt – When were members banned from walking on and around the
\n                golf course     
\n             I) Mr. J. Muspratt – What are the confidential matters discussed at the monthly
\n                council meeting?  
\n              j) Mr. J. Muspratt – Abandon the bar tariff, put subs up if necessary
