Slater<\/p>\n\n\n\n 13)\u200bELECTION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bFour to be elected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 14)\u200bNOTIFIED ITEMS<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b a) Steps up the Rock \u2013 Mr. Bayliff<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bb) Irrigation system costs \u2013 Mr. Bayliff<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b c) Drainage system costs \u2013 Mr. Bayliff<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b d) Proposed by Mr. Muspratt and Mr. Gedling that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b\u201cBye Laws General 4) j which states:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bGolfers may not play in a match with more than four players unless asked to do <\/em><\/strong>\u200bso by the Games Secretary in competitions<\/em><\/strong>.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b e) Proposed by Mr. Muspratt and Mr. Gedling that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b\u201cRules and Regulations 17) Meetings be changed from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bThe Annual General Meeting shall be held in March at such time and place as <\/em><\/strong>\u200bthe Council determines. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bto<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bThe Annual Meeting shall be held on the first Monday in March.<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b f) Proposed by Mr. Muspratt and Mr. Gedling that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b\u201cRules and Regulations 18) Meetings be changed from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200ba) <\/em>The Council is empowered to amend or repeal the Club’s constitution but not <\/em><\/strong>\u200b so as to jeopardise the Club’s status as a Community Amateur Sports Club as <\/em><\/strong>\u200b first provided for by the Finance Act 2002 and not in any event to alter its <\/em><\/strong>\u200b purposes or winding up provisions.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200bb) The Secretary will display on the Club notice board any proposed amendment <\/em><\/strong>\u200b for one calendar month prior to its implementation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b <\/em>be changed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u200b All amendments and changes to Rules and Regulations be made at the Annual <\/em><\/strong>\u200b Meeting.<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n 15)\u200bA.
